Share the product, part, quantity, timing, and delivery region.
It does not need to be perfect. Attach photos, CAD, drawings, supplier files, or sample information if you already have them; otherwise describe what you have.
- Useful files: STEP, STL, PDF drawings, photos, sketches, supplier sheets, or packaging references.
- For confidential work, mention NDA needs in the details before sharing sensitive files.
- Include the intended use, deadline, and delivery region so the first reply can be specific.
